          WEATHERING THE STORM

Oh God, do you not hear my cry?

Evil surrounds me, and I know not why.

Oh, Son of God, who clamed the sea,

Take my hand and walk with me. Give me strength to meet this day.

Give me strength to meet this day.

Give me courage and renewed hope, I pray.

Creator God, who shelters me.

Send your grace; that flows from Calvary.

1.        Have you ever known someone who went through a terrible storm? How did they handle their situation?

2.        Do you think differently about the person after watching them go through this situation? Do you think differently about God?

3.        How could your experience with the storm help you encourage and influence the people around you?

4.        Think about the storm you are in right now, or a storm you have been through in the past. How has that storm changed you? How is it changing you?
